"Decent for Families, But a Bit Slow"
It was an okay spot for our family overall, but the service felt kind of slow, especially with kids waiting. Maybe we just came at a busy time? I’m not sure if others had the same experience, but it definitely made the meal feel a little longer than expected.

I was on my phone and the menu kept jumping around, which got annoying fast. I did end up finding what I needed, but it took longer than it should have. Checkout also felt a bit clunky, like that part just wasn’t working smoothly for some reason.

The food was fine, and I don’t want to make it sound like it was bad because it really wasn’t. The burger had decent flavor, and I finished it with no problem. I just felt like the taste was kind of average overall. The fries were okay too, but they were a little plain and definitely could’ve used more salt. Maybe I had my expectations too high, but I was hoping for something a bit more memorable.

I thought the burger was really tasty and definitely the highlight of the meal for me. The fries were okay, but in my opinion they would’ve been much better if they came out hotter and a bit fresher.

"Just an okay dinner"
I stopped in for dinner and the food was alright, nothing really stood out. The place just had this kind of old, worn-down feel to it, like it hasn’t been updated in a while. The lighting was a little strange, the booths looked beat up, and it was louder than I thought it would be. The staff was fine, no real issue there, but the whole vibe just made me not want to hang around too long. It was one of those places where that part of it kind of sticks with you more than the meal.

"Good food, but the wait was frustrating"
The food was actually good, but I ended up waiting a lot longer than I expected. They kept saying it would be ready “soon,” which didn’t really mean anything and just made the wait more annoying. I wouldn’t have minded as much if they gave a clear time instead of vague promises.

"Decent Food, But Not Worth the Hassle"
The food was fine, nothing bad at all, but the location just didn’t really work for me. I had to drive out of my way, and then dealing with parking was kind of a pain too. Who wants to go through all that for a meal that’s just okay? If I happened to be nearby, I might stop in again, but would I make a special trip for it? Probably not.

I liked that they have way more than just burgers here. There’s breakfast, sandwiches, salads, and all that, so it makes it easy when everyone’s in the mood for something different. It just works out when you don’t know what they want.

"Worked Fine, Nothing Too Exciting"
I ordered food online from BigBoy the other day, and overall it went smoothly. I was able to find the menu without much trouble, which was nice, but the checkout process felt a little slow. At one point I actually had to refresh the page, which was a bit annoying. When I went to pick up my food, though, everything in my order was correct, so I appreciated that. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, just kind of average. I’d probably use it again if I needed to.

Ordered takeout from bigboy.com and overall it was okay. The site kind of works when it wants to, which was a little annoying, but I got the order through eventually. Pickup was easy enough, and the food was still warm when I got home. The burger was decent, nothing amazing, and the fries had gotten a bit soggy by then. Not terrible, just average.

"Decent food, but cleanliness standards felt all over the place"
The place was okay overall, and the food was fine, but the dining area really could’ve been cleaner during lunch. The tables felt sticky, and the bathroom definitely seemed like it needed to be checked more often. What bothered me most was that it kind of felt like the goalposts kept moving, like the place looked busy, so suddenly the normal expectations for a clean table or bathroom didn’t really apply. I don’t need anything fancy, just a reasonably clean spot to eat.

I’m so glad I bought this. It’s absolutely worth the money, like I actually felt a little ridiculous for not getting it sooner. I was expecting it to be decent, but it ended up being way better than I thought. No regrets at all!

I got my order in, but one of the items wasn’t the right one. My sister noticed it when we were unpacking everything, and it was a little annoying, but not a huge deal. Overall, not terrible—just wish the order had been correct

"Fast service with no waiting around"
I used bigboy.com for my order, the speed really stood out. Everything moved along quickly — checkout was simple, updates came through, and I didn’t feel like I was left wondering what was going on.

What I liked most was that I didn’t have to chase anyone, no annoying delays, no back-and-forth, just a smooth process from start to finish.

Overall, I was happy with the experience. If things go this smoothly every time, it’s an easy 5 stars from me.

I ordered from bigboy.com and the drinks were better than I thought they’d be. The flavor was strong without being overly sweet, and it still tasted fresh by the time it got to me, which I wasn’t really expecting because sometimes delivery drinks can be kind of...

I got an iced coffee and a smoothie, and both were solid. No watery taste, no cheap syrup vibe, just actually decent drinks. I’d definitely order from here again if I’m in the mood for something quick.
